Perfect Imperfections specializes in individually made and finished pieces. Many products are one of a kind.

When a product listing states that the item pictured is the item you will receive, the photographs represent the actual piece being offered for sale.

We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor, screen settings, lighting, and other display conditions.

Natural wood grain, spalting, knots, color variation, resin patterns, engraving characteristics, hand-finishing marks, and other natural or handmade variations are part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects when accurately represented in the listing.

Product availability is limited. Because many items are one of a kind, an item may become unavailable once sold.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, payment problems, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impractical.

If an order is canceled by Perfect Imperfections after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible and are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

Perfect Imperfections currently ships within the United States.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
