Shipping Policy

Perfect Imperfections currently ships orders within the United States.

Processing

Our products are finished pieces that are already made and ready for their next home. Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options

Available shipping options and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders under $70.00.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $70.00 or more.

Express shipping is available for $15.00 where offered.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after the order has been processed and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@perfect-imperfections.shop. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address before shipment.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@perfect-imperfections.shop and include your order number and photographs of the package and item when appropriate.

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors and the carrier. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will help however reasonably possible.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We may add international destinations in the future.
